Vinyasa flow workshop at Egoist Body Studios 1-3pm Saturday 17th December 2011

Burn fat, get fit and tone up with this fun vinyasa yoga workshop. We will start by building heat which we will then move around the whole body for Total Body fat burn. The whole class will be interspersed with Pilates-inspired exercises for Total Body toning. We will end with a thorough warm-down and relaxation sequence. Come ready to tone, twist and sweat. The class is set to upbeat world tunes; it really is going to be a party! For all levels, including beginners.

The sisters came up with the studio concept after failing to find anything similar in London. “We created a new enjoyable workout concept – a tranquil studio where you feel like home and where your body is treated with care” Lina explains.
